ZEISS GOM Overview

Capabilities
ZEISS GOM non-contact 3D scanners using structured blue light deliver precise scans with detailed resolution at high speed. GOM 3D Scanners were developed with advanced hardware and intelligent software for repeatable and precise measurements.
Optical 3D measuring systems
In almost all industries, ATOS sensors have established themselves as optical 3D measuring systems. Their success is based on precise optoelectronics, robust sensor design and powerful software.
Scan anywhere
ZEISS GOM 3D scanners are very versatile. They solves complex measurement and inspection tasks in manual, semiautomated or fully automated operation
High precision measurement
Interchangeable lenses ensure high-precision measurements of small to medium-sized parts. Changing from the smallest to the largest measuring volume is easy thanks to the fixed camera position.
Quality assurance of parts
Speeding up all phases in casting, forming, sheet metal production, injection molding, blow molding and thermoforming processes
Versatile, reliable software
Use GOM Inspect Pro software for simple or complex inspection tasks – from capturing the part to be inspected, mesh processing, CAD import, necessary GD&T calculations to trend analyses, digital assembly or proprietary inspections.

ZEISS GOM 3D Scan Choices

Manual
With a weight of only a few kilograms and compact design, ZEISS GOM 3D scanners are light and can be easily moved. They can be used on a tripod in the measuring room but also mobile in production.

Semi-automated
Combined with a tripod or alternatively a desk stand and the GOM ROT 350 rotation table or a Motorization Kit, ZEISS GOM 3D Scanners can be used in semi-automated operation.

Automated
GOM 3D Scanners can reach their maximum efficiency on the GOM ScanCobot and in the ATOS ScanBox 4105. The systems enable serial quality control with high throughput and high process reliability.
