Smooths 3D printed parts

Beads accelerated by compressed air are shot at the surface of the parts reducing the roughness and homogenizes the surface. Cycle time: 10-15 minutes.

Compatible with powder-based 3D printers

Powershot S is compatible with all common powder-bed technologies such as SAF, MJF, SLS, and delivers a smooth surface finish.

Easy operation of the machine

The combination of blasting and flat-jet nozzles as well as an ionizing unit are optimized to achieve this powder-free process. A high-performance, adjustable cyclone separates the blasting media from other particles and keeps the cabinet clean.

All three versions of the Powershot Performance Series provide an intuitive user-friendly interface with various user-levels. Pre-installed programs with specifically developed process parameters can be controlled. Your individual process parameters can be configured and saved easily, enabling a fast adaption to each specific application.

Automatic part handling such as automatic unloading of your processed parts supports the integration into the DyeMansion Print-to-Product workflow and the compete Additive Manufacturing chain.

Powershot Performance belt drive

Wide Multi-belt for full-sized jobs

The Powershot Performance Series is designed for the most demanding applications within advanced manufacturing (AM). The first system with a wide multi-belt can handle up to 10 kg of parts, depending on size, geometry and residual powder.

While being able to process a full-sized build job, the Powershot Performance series has the smallest workspace requirements on the
market.

The Powershot Performance series blends right into the factory of the future with state-of-the-art automation technology from Siemens. Through
DyeMansion Data Connect, the machine integrates with your digital store floor with ERP/MES connectivity and standardized communication

Monitor and analyze all data surrounding the state and condition of the systems for performance & process optimization using the DyeMansion Workflow Center (optional 360° Digital Services feature).

 

Superior surface finish

Improved part quality, look and feel of 3D printed part

Since Powder Bed Fusion technologies work layer by layer the outcome are parts with rather rough surfaces compared to conventional manufacturing methods. The PolyShot Surfacing process improves the look and feel of your 3D printed parts.

The homogenized surface achieved by PolyShot surfacing ensures that the color is absorbed more evenly and better by the part during coloring. This is advantageous when further processing steps such as gluing or painting are to be carried out.
