Shoe 3D Model

This shoe 3D model was captured with an Artec 3D Scanner.

  • Scanning time: 2 min
  • Processing time: 5 min
  • Scanner used: Artec Eva

A leather shoe scanned with Eva. Leather surfaces often reflect the white glare from a scanner’s flash. In order to prevent that from happening, Artec slightly tilted the scanner to avoid scanning at a 90° angle. The results speak for themselves. All the vital elements of this lovely shoe have been captured: the platform, the leather shank, the top piece, the pitch and counter, all the way down the insole and on up to the topline, the vamp, and the toebox.
