Stages of Vapor Smoothing
Vapor smoothing is a 3D printing post-processing best practice that uses vaporized solvent to smooth the surface of a printed part. It involves exposing the part to a controlled environment of solvent vapor, which melts and re-solidifies the outer layer, resulting in a smoother, glossier finish.

Part Loading
Parts are loaded into the machine.

Processing
Solvent vapor is applied to the parts which melts and re-solidifies the outer layer.

Curing, Drying & Extraction
Parts are cured and sealed and then extracted from the machine.
