Washing Process
The 3D printing washing process removes uncured resin or powder, typically using solvents like isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for resin prints or specialized solutions for powder-based prints (FDM/SLS), involving soaking and agitation (manual or automated) to dissolve residue, followed by rinsing with clean solvent/water and often a final wash with soap and water to prep for curing, ensuring parts are clean, non-sticky, and ready for finishing.
