Reliable, repeatable results

96 multi-directional LEDs and a convective heating system that ensures uniform light and heat exposure, delivering 14.5 mW/cm² irradiance and a maximum temperature of 100 °C.

Predictable part strength, toughness, and dimensional accuracy across every print, critical for production and biocompatible materials.

improve part performance

Full ecosystem compatibility

Designed to fit any part on Form 4 and Form 4L generation printers, enabling curing of parts up to 353 x 196 x 350 mm on a 404 mm turntable.

Can cure all Form 4 and Form 4L parts and can offer efficient batch processing and consistent quality for large industrial applications.

Formlabs Form Cure L V2

Simplified workflow and operator efficiency

Sleek new design with pre-programmed cure cycles, an easy-to-clean glass turntable, optional nitrogen integration, and a redesigned side-hinged door, all within a compact footprint that’s 26% smaller while curing parts up to 19% larger than the previous generation.

Smaller footprint frees bench space while preset cycles and auto-validated material profiles minimize human error and training time.

Formlabs Form Cure Process

Three steps to harden your SLA parts

formlabs form cure L V2 front open

Step 1: Insert washed and dried prints

Wash parts with the Formlabs Form Wash to remove solvent and support material.

Open the door and distribute parts on the round turntable. Space parts evenly to allow light and heat to reach all areas.

Step 2: Set the post-cure time and temperature

Set the post-cure time and temperature settings for your resin. The LEDs activate, and the timer starts once the heater reaches the target temperature.

During preheating, the display shows the Preheating status, which includes the current temperature and the target temperature.

Step 3: Remove the parts

The LEDs and heater turn off automatically at the end of the post-cure cycle.

Open the door and remove the cured parts.
