Onulis CleanPoint
The Onulis CleanPoint provides the controlled cleaning process required to achieve the superior surface finish and feature definition of P3/DLP printed parts. It works by sequentially exposing parts to two independent vats of IPA or detergent. The primary vat collects most of the uncured resin, ensuring the secondary vat remains clean. This further improves part quality by giving you control over the vortex direction, as well as the part’s plunge and draining duration.
When using ultrasonic baths, over or under exposure to IPA or detergent is a common pain-point. Onulis CleanPoint was specifically designed to automatically control exposure times, solving this pain-point. It is a hands-free solution that offers ideal part quality.
With Onulis CleanPoint, machine operators can focus on higher-level tasks while the part rinses, without fear of damaging the part quality.

Onulis CleanPoint Benefits

Beyond the Print
Thorough cleaning of DLP prints is essential for quality. After printing, uncured resin on the part must be removed with a solvent before UV curing. Under-exposure leaves sticky residue and reduces part detail, while over-exposure can damage surfaces and affect dimensional accuracy.

Achieve Ideal Part Quality
The Onulis CleanPoint unit eliminates common cleaning issues by providing precise control over the cleaning process. It automatically transfers parts through two independent tanks, ensuring the final rinse is always clean. With programmable settings for vortex direction, part plunge, and exposure time, the hands-free system delivers optimal cleaning and ideal part quality.
