Using high-power UV lights, a microprocessor, and a transparent rotating curing table, the W7500-C ensures automatic and complete part curing.

Post process large DLP / P3 parts
The Onulis WRAP Prime was designed to process the full build dimensions of the Stratasys Origin One 3D Printer. To use the automatic rotating function, the largest part size is 9.5 in. dia. x 4 in. ht. When using the optional plexiglass manual table, the largest part is 9.5 x 11.5 x 5 in., with manual positioning required.

Print waste resin for disposal
The Onulis WRAP Prime is also a 3D printer, and not a waste processing machine. It functions in the same way as other 3D printing technologies such as PolyJet, Stereolithography, or DLP, using the same UV light cured resins.
Like all 3D printers, the WRAP Prime does not require a TDSF (Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities) permit from the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).

Machine recycled resin
The WRAP Prime printer transforms UV waste resin into solid plastic stock. The zero-cost plastic is ideal for CNC mills and lathes to generate machined prototypes, jigs and fixtures, or simply to prove a new program which saves potential waste of expensive end-use materials.

Certified post processing machine
To ensure that the material manufacturer’s specifications will be met, each WRAP Prime unit goes through a multi-step calibration, inspection, and documentation process.
