When using the DM60 Reservoir for black coloring, the process water is stored in the Reservoir for further runs. The possibility of using any other color in between offers you maximum flexibility.

DyeMansion DM60 ROS (Reverse Osmosis System)
Constant water quality & process stability provides the easiest way to ensure that your water is ready to be used in the DM60.
The water quality worldwide varies greatly depending on location and season and contains undesirable substances which have a negative impact on dyeing results. Constant water quality without these sub-stances is essential for a stable process.
Thanks to the principle of reverse osmosis, components such as lime and other salts are removed from the water. This achieves a consistent water quality that ensures reproducible dyeing results.

The DM60 Reservoir is the perfect companion to the DM60 for customers looking for high-volume solutions for black coloring. The DM60 Reservoir reuses a previous cycle’s dye, meaning that dyeing jobs can be completed in just over an hour and a half. And due to reusing the process water up to five times less cartridges are needed.
