Stratasys J35 Pro Benefits

Create multi-material parts
The Stratasys J35 3D printer offers affordable multi-material capabilities ideal for functional design and concept modeling. Get state-of-the-art print abilities with the combination of rubber-like, high-impact, rigid, translucent and biocompatible materials.
Print up to three of these materials simultaneously — all on the same tray — to achieve digital material compound parts, assembly parts or 3x single material parts that match your exact needs.

Create high-fidelity prototypes
Produce CMF prototypes that look, feel and function like the final product. The J35 Pro allows you to combine grayscale color, transparency, texture and moving parts to create realistic models that decisionmakers can hold in hand — leading to quicker design decisions.
Design realistic, high-quality parts and prototypes with an all-in-one, multi-material printer for a lower investment compared to other PolyJet™ multi-material solutions.

All CAD formats accepted
With other 3D printing solutions, you may be required to convert file formats or use a third-party file format — which can be a time consuming task that takes away from your design time. However, using SOLIDWORKS software with the Stratasys J35 Pro, you can make file changes and optimizations on the spot before printing without changing file formats. Color changes are simple.
File sizes stay compact, easing the process of staying organized while saving larger files. Additionally, file management and version management become easy and struggle free, which is important in an iterative design process.

Faster design decisions
Design steps that were once outsourced can now be created in-house in a fraction of the time, which saves both time and design budget. The J35™ Pro also enables you to iterate, correct errors and verify designs more efficiently, so you can get the final design to market faster. Additionally, the J35™ Pro offers multi-material printing capabilities at a lower investment compared to other PolyJet multi-material solutions.

Realistic Parts
Stratasys PolyJet 3D Printers are based on proven technology, which creates precise prototypes that set the standard for finished-product realism.
Their fine resolution makes complex shapes, intricate details and smooth surfaces possible.
Precise Models
PolyJet 3D Printing works by jetting layers of liquid photopolymer onto a build tray and instantly curing them with UV light.
The fine layers build up to create a precise 3D model or prototype. Models are ready to handle right out of the 3D printer, with no post-curing needed.
